Great Customer Service: Agent Violetta Wooster was great to do business with: understanding , capable, & responded in a timely manner. I applied a credit from an earlier trip transaction that wasn't used. Violetta helped me to apply the credit to a second trip that was a 'go' and also purchase protection for two other family members. Her understanding of my insurance needs was keen and professional. Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim; but, I am confident that Violetta would have walked me through the process and reassured me.
