I have been using the X 39 patches for 18 months. I started using them just so the skin on my face would tighten up because I am 71 years old and I am starting to get wrinkles. After six weeks, the chronic pain that I had in my foot because of arthritis disappeared, before I could not walk normally but now the pain is completely gone. my doctor told me I needed to have surgery and have joint replacement in my large toe. now I can do planks and walk up and downstairs with no problem.
