Products not as Advertised and Shady Customer Service
Had a terrible experience with Celie and will NEVER purchase with them again. I purchased a half wig at 250% density and it arrived incredibly thin (not even 180% density) and not the correct length. You could literally see the cap if you blew on the hair. I posted my feedback on Tik Tok where the wig was purchased and then Celie hair began harassing me relentlessly - texting me at all hours of the night saying the most absurd things - that I was costing them their company, that their sales rep would get beat by her husband if I didn’t remove - all types of madness. This went on nonstop everyday for weeks - via WhatsApp, text message, and tik tok messages. The wig was not wearable and I told them this. They said to dispose of it and that they would give me a full refund if I deleted my review. I was tired of the harassment and did what they asked. Immediately after doing what they asked, I was blocked on everything. Incredibly shady company and products are nothing like they advertise. Do not buy with them.
