Do not waste your money on this product
This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I’ve made. I ordered my Rotimatic in January 2026, waited months for delivery, and finally received it in May. After only a few uses, the machine completely broke down. For a premium-priced appliance, that is simply unacceptable. What has been even more disappointing is the customer service. I’ve followed up multiple times and still haven’t received a replacement shipping date or a clear timeline for resolution. The responses have been vague, with no sense of urgency or accountability, leaving me chasing updates for weeks. Rotimatic promises convenience, but my experience has been the exact opposite. Instead of saving time, it has wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. When you invest in an expensive product, you expect quality, reliability, and support if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Rotimatic has failed on all three. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
