I recently ordered a dinosaur night lamb for my grandson's 2nd birthday and received a message from Moderny saying that the item was delivered. Normally, packages are received by my front door and my mom said that no packages had arrived. So, I emailed the company explaining that I didn't receive anything and was super impressed that I was emailed back immediately. Then when I got home late, I checked the mail and realized that the package had come via the USPS. Indeed it was delivered on time. I then emailed the company back saying that I DID receive it and could not be happier that the gift arrived on time for my grandson's 2nd birthday. Since it was the first time ordering from Moderny, I would definitely order from this company again. Great experience overall.
