Terrible after-sales support - Do not buy!
Terrible after-sales support! My e-bike broke down under warranty. They sent a replacement motor and display, but the central controller is completely fried and smells burnt. Now customer service is just delaying the case, ignoring my final notices, and refusing to send the missing part. To make things worse, they asked me to ship the heavy bike back for inspection, knowing very well it is currently semi-assembled in another city, has no packaging boxes, and the old faulty motor has already been thrown away. Total lack of professionalism. Avoid this brand!
