Horrible Customer Service
About a month ago, I had ordered a Family Meal bucket of Chicken Extra Crispy. We were told they didn’t have the correct pieces-would we take an xtra breast instead. We agreed. Came home, short one piece of chicken and all the sides were single serving rather than family sized. Also, all chicken was original recipe. So, today, July 19th I decided to try again. My husband mentioned the prior error and was not met with a kind response. The location is in Salem, Missouri. I would not recommend ordering anything online as they will not be pleasant when dealing with any issues. Will never order again and will delete the app from my phone.
