My account is blocked by Carousell
Carousell has become an absolute nightmare to use. The moderation is getting worse every single day, and the platform’s incompetent AI system is completely out of control. Not only does it keep flagging and removing my listings for no reason, but now even the photos I upload and send are constantly being blocked for unknown reasons. I try to attach clear, normal images of items I’m selling, and the system just blocks them without any explanation or warning. On top of that, my account itself keeps getting suspended and blocked repeatedly. This is incredibly frustrating and makes selling anything virtually impossible. I waste so much time re-uploading the same photos, rewriting descriptions, and trying to restore my account, only for everything to get blocked again. As a student with very limited time, this constant interference is making my life significantly harder. The chat flagging issues, duplicate listing removals, and now photo blocks combined with full account suspensions show how broken and unreliable Carousell’s moderation has become. It feels like the platform is actively working against its users instead of helping them. At this rate, every user will eventually get banned due to these ridiculous flaws. I strongly discourage anyone from using Carousell.com — it is simply not worth the headache and lost opportunities.
