I would have given a 5, but the flowers were never received... NOT YOUR FAULT, I gave the wrong address! but my sister never got the flowers. That unpleasant situation does not lessen my appreciation for your company's professionalism. I will have to make another order soon so I can find out if the flowers are as great as the customer service! :)
