I wish I could give this company a zero. I ordered a rotimatic on Feb 13th with an originally promised delivery date of April 26th. After several delays, I was fed up at the sheer lack of communication and when it came, it was like trying to untangle a spider's web or reading a complex cipher - as clear as mud. I eventually requested a full refund on June 26th and here I'm a month later and they still haven't refunded my money and of course I don't have a rotimatic still! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCOUNDRELS!
