Horrible ordering experience
I order 4 tires after one of mine lost a plug. I ordered them on Sunday, their site said that all weekend orders will be processed Monday and processing and shipping could take up to One week, shipping is 1-2 days. This came at a hard time because I was starting Chemotherapy 4 hours from home just over a week from when the tires should arrive. Monday came and went, and my order wasn't processed. Then Tuesday came and went, my order wasn't processed. I panicked and sent a message to customer service Wednesday and was told, "Your order is processing now, we had a problem with our shipping (Fedex). So I called Fedex, and they said "We can't be the problem if they never processed the order for us to ship in the first place." Which I know, which is why I called to confirm with Fedex. Even after I reminded them I bought tires and I need them asap now, they didn't contact Fedex for the shipment until late Friday. The delivery date says Monday morning. I leave Tuesday at 5am for my 4 hour drive, so the installer has me booked and ready. The installer called me Saturday and said, the tires are now not coming until Tuesday at noon. So, I email customer service to ask what is happening and their response was "Well, we could have expedited them, but they shipped already so we can't." So when I called Wednesday to tell Tire Agent that they have forgotten to process my order I placed over the weekend that THEY said they would process Monday, they also could have expedited the order when I told them it was medically urgent to get them at least by Monday so my installer can prep my car for my trip, and they didn't bother. They responded, "we will forward your concern to the appropriate team for review." My treatment is for a week in the city and now I need to figure out how to afford to rent a car for an entire week. Not that anyone should care about my medical situation, but it's hard to earn money when you can't work as much and this expense is more than unexpected. It's buy food or rent the car.
