I had an issue with my tracking number not updating, so I contacted Saker support. Kaus contacted me quickly, informing me that the pkg was delivered that day. After I thanked them for returning my email, he followed up again to make sure I was pleased with my experience. It’s rare these days to have customer support that is so attentive in assisting customers with issues! This was my second time dealing with their support, and KAUS made it very pleasant!
