Horrific. ADT replaced equipment in my new home (which already had equipment) for $2,500. The next day I received an offer from ADT in the mail for $850 less. ADT refused to honor the offer but instead said they would give me a $150 credit. They have now refused (despite being within 72 hours) to take back the equipment or cancel my service
