Disappointed with AWE45 PRO 4-in-1 Industrial Evaporative Air Cooler Unit
Extremely disappointed with AWE45 PRO 4-in-1 Industrial Evaporative Air Cooler Unit and experience altogether. I had high expectations that the product would deliver. The owners' manual sent was useless (2-1/2 pages), product never worked properly and the water reservoir leaked causing a potential electrical hazard. It was advertised in the literature, that the unit was supposed to cool a space of 1800 sq ft, my space is about 1400 sq ft. The "high" fan setting hardly compares to a small household fan's airflow. The advertisement indicated the unit would need its wheels locked when the high speed was selected, because it would be so powerful. My purchase was based on the rave reviews I seen by others, so I thought I must have a faulty unit! I reached out to customer service numerous times and after about 90+ days I did receive half my payment back. I offered to have them pick it up to analyze the problem so it doesn't happen again for someone else. I told them they would have to arrange and pay for that. They declined. So, I donated the unit to St. Vincent, in hopes that someone else can repair and have success with its use. The only thing positive that I can say about the product is that the unit looked impressive, like it could get the job done.
