Great store, terrible delivery partner
I really liked this store. The prices were competitive, the order was processed quickly, and I was kept informed throughout the entire shipping process. Unfortunately, the delivery experience with GOFO completely ruined it for me. The same delivery driver has now spoken to me disrespectfully on three separate occasions. Instead of simply following the delivery instructions or the company's procedures, he repeatedly made personal comments such as telling me that I shouldn't order packages if I'm not home, saying that I'm "always the same problem," and even sending me messages like "Ayayay c toi encore." This is completely unprofessional. I always provided the correct address, access codes, detailed delivery instructions, and even a photo showing exactly where the parcel could be left. Despite this, the delivery repeatedly failed because my instructions were ignored. Ironically, after several complaints, the package was finally left exactly where I had requested from the beginning. I genuinely wanted to continue ordering from this store because everything else was excellent. However, as long as GOFO is the delivery partner, I will most likely buy these products elsewhere. A better delivery option or a pickup point would make a huge difference.
