Never buy a pre-owned machine from Elegoo
Ordered a pre-owned Saturn 4 Ultra that was very obiously pre-owned. Resin was inside the machine and was not cleaned properly, the build plate was no where near level in anyway and the screen had to be replaced. After literal months of back and forth trying to solve problems, eventually I was told they won't replace the screen because it had been too long since I said anything. That was not true, I did mention it once but there were other problems we were discussing first so it was ignored, so when I did mention this screen problem they told me I had to spend $150 to buy a replacement which was almost half of what I spent on the machine itself. I was offered an insulting $20 discount on the product. I will never purchase another Elegoo product again knowing they sell broken pre-owned machines that they claim they test before selling. Clearly they are not doing a very good job if something as obvious as a broken screen gets through.
