Order number 9384645 Ordered product from site. Ordered Monday July 13th. I selected shipping 1-3 days because we needed the product ASAP, therefore I paid extra for quicker shipping. Today, I inquire about my order and it has yet to even ship. Why are customers paying for 1-3 days shipping wanting quicker shipping if their staff takes 7 +days to get it in the mail. Very disappointed in their lack of urgency on 1-3 days shipping when charging fees associated with a customers idea of quicker shipping. I am sure I will get the product, but would never have spent an extra dime on rush shipping rates.
