I had placed an order right after the rocket pop flavor released. I kept checking tracking for updates but there wasn't any progress. I reached out to customer service to check on the status and got a quick response advising what they found after investigating my order and their plan moving forward. I just got my replacements and it was almost as fast as Amazon prime shipping. I appreciated the quick, thorough explanation and follow up throughout.
