"Ships in 1-2 business days, arrives in 3-5 business days" (It's been 10 days and it still hasn't even shipped)
I placed an order for a product that was in stock, and shipping from the USA warehouse. Five days passed, so I emailed them for an update, and now the website says "Pre-Order". I have emailed them to send whatever color they have in stock or refund me. I will update the review when I hear from them. UPDATE: I received an email saying that the product I ordered was a "New Item" which is NOT true, and that it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. It's now been 5 days, and the tracking number only says "Pre-Shipment information received, awaiting item" I would bet my left foot that they're waiting for a shipment from China to their warehouse, then shipping it to me. The item is NOT a new item, and the website said "IN STOCK AT USA WAREHOUSE" It's now been 10 days since I placed this order, and the item hasn't even shipped yet. The worst part is that by them creating a shipping label without actually shipping the item, they effectively trapped me into a situation where I can't even asked for a refund, or to cancel the order because by their definition, the item has technically been "shipped" Keep in mind, thier site says "Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days, and arrive in 3-5 business days." It's been 10 days, and it still hasn't even shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
