Unstable Servers with Constant down times.
I feel bad having to do this but I have to change my review. As much as I appreciate the support, especially people like Steven, the state of the servers are unacceptable. My server has been down multiple times with in a week or so time frame. I've had to open at least four different tickets. I am currently waiting again for another ticket to be answered. With my server stuck in limbo again. They had already moved me and changed my IP once already due to server box issues. That I was okay with. I was hoping that would fix the problem but unfortunately it hasn't. This has honestly been one of the most frustrating server hosting experiences I've had simply due to the amount of down time and everything requiring a ticket. I understand that they're a small company trying to do their best, but I think they should probably put a pause on selling more palworld server slots until they figure out their technical issues. As it stands, I cannot recommend them due to how unstable their servers currently are.
