->Rotimatic Next is a much better version of the older model. (I am a customer of Rotimatic since 2019-upgraded to Rotimatic Next in Dec 2025). ->Rotis are much softer and easy to maintain with the new machine. ->Very good support team- who help to solve any hardware/software issues remotely. ->Only area I hope the team improves is to cut short the timeframe to allot a support team and follow up if any issues arise. Currently, it takes about 3 + weeks to get the time slot with the support team. ->Keep up the great work Rotimatic Next Team.
