I was very worried to ship from London to Roma. When moving from Italy to the UK with other provider, my experience was horrifying - parcels severely damaged, wet, broken. Reading the Bolliger's website, it almost sounded too good to be true. However - these guys provide what it says on the tin. Extremely well organised process, efficient phone handling, timely delivery. Must say 10/10 service indeed.
