Some time ago I placed an incorrect order and was worried I would have to keep what I had ordered. They were very prompt and kindly helped me get the correct items ordered. Customer service was very kind and polite. The date I am entering is not the date of this experience as I can't remember that far back. However, I haven't forgotten the helpful assistance.
