Buyer beware
Buyer beware! This is the involved and expensive return process for this China-based scam of a company! I’ve seen better quality in the last call section of Walmart. To proceed with a return for a full refund, please follow these steps: Return the item within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method and keep the tracking details for your records. Complete the Return Form so we can properly process your return once it arrives. Please send the package to the following address: Return Address: Company Name: SHEN ZHEN KUAIKUA TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd Street Address: B104, Kaicheng High-tech Park, No. 11, Jiali Road, Dalang Subdistrict, Longhua District Postal Code: 518109 City: Shenzhen City Province: Guangdong Province Country: China Contact Phone Number: +8618814384655 Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once the return package is received and verified, we will arrange your refund within 7 working days. If you would prefer to avoid the return process, we can also offer a 20% refund back to your original payment method while you keep the item."
