**Edit:** They eventually responded to my emails and cancelled my subscription. However, I'm keeping my 1-star rating because I believe it's unacceptable not to provide a cancellation option within the app. The onboarding and subscription process are quick and effortless, using every marketing tactic to get you to sign up. Cancelling, on the other hand, is unnecessarily difficult and requires emailing support. I did not find anything I couldn’t get from my ChatGPT subscription. I’m trying to cancel and I am writing emails back and forth since a week with no success. It should be made illegal to build such apps without a built-in cancellation option.
