The order was cancelled and I was informed by e mail that the amount charged would be refunded to my original payment method. However I still see a pending payment in my credit card. The bank informed me to send e mail to them telling them to use the same authorisation code to refund me, I did send the e mail the reply was the order was cancelled and refunded even though I up till now I still see a pending charge on my credit card . That took place on 14th July. It has been more than 3 weeks the issue is still hanging, unresolved!
