Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I have ordered delivery from Lotus supermarket in Malaysia. Some of the items were missing (there was no notification from food panda about missing items). Ironically most important items for me were missing. I tried to cancel my order while it was still preparing via food panda help center saying that because of missing items don't need this delivery anymore, they didn't help me. Be careful with food panda orders, and don't expect support if something goes not according to your initial plan.
