Terrible terrible service
Terrible terrible service. Had so many issues with them every since they got bought over. An urgent site migration and transfer of ownership that is supposed to take 2 days became 1 month. And site ranking is very poor because they would host scammy and bad sites together with your corporate site. They would also make fake promises on call back, email of forms and never deliver. You can chase continuously for days just to get a form from them that is supposed to be downloaded from their website but had 404 error. And best cannot login to retrieve customer ID. They should just close down instead of cheating customer of their money. My clients are all pulling out as they cannot solve the problems even after weeks. We want to transfer out and are stuck as their ticketing and support system is non-existent. Their agent will put you on hold forever and don't talk because they have no solutions. 23 July 2026: I have reply to Vodien at their reviews email to ask them what account details and info they need. Lets see how long they take to reply. And today just receive new info that Vodien need from us again for the site ownership transfer. Always asking for new info even though the information are already in the form that we submitted from the very beginning. They can't seem to just consolidate and give you at one go what information they need and have to kept asking. Its simply ridiculous.
