My experiences with ADT has been…. TERRIBLE’
My experience with ADT has been terrible. I am a 20 year customer with basic service. When I tried to add on to my service they lead me on a wild goose chase after they started it. They took a payment they refuse to refund even though the service has not been finished. Everyone tells you a different story over the phone. This company is terrible and will lie to you! I do not recommend this company.
