Rotimatic is a scam!!
Rotimatic is a scam!!
It is so sad that we bought the Rotimatic Next for $1760 the money was hard-earned. The machine got shut down right after buying in a month, we approached their customer service team they said they gonna send a return label and replace our machine , after this correspondence their team suddenly disappeared. Even when I chat with their official website it says your issue has been sent to the logistics team which never replies back..
We bought this machine for our convenience but soon after buying it turned out to be a big scam, I can’t even contact my credit card bank for a refund because initially when Rotimatic didn’t deliver on time we filed a dispute charge but soon after delivery their payment was made by the credit card company; if we file another dispute regarding this scam and warranty claim, it will affect my credit score. In short, I ask everyone around the world: please don’t be fooled or scammed by this brand. I feel helpless today but trust me these things are recorded somewhere and soon the Rotimatic brand will come to an end.

I wonder if you people still have an official website rotimatic.com and you are still operating while your product is a big failure and 98% of your clients are unhappy and cursing you for their money loss. I have lost my hard-earned money of $1744/- on buying your Rotimatic Next, which stopped working within a month. I sent you several emails and had several chats on your official website still you people don’t respond or feel any shame..
I will keep posting daily reviews on social media until you refund my money.

Got scammed by Rotimatic.com as I wrote earlier we bought this machine for $1760 it stopped working suddenly right after using a month. I tried to contact them via the website. They checked my machine on a video call wrote meeting minutes and outlined the replacement process but never came back.. Really man you people still have your website up and responding only to those who are new and can be easily scammed by you people.
Shame on you and your product!
I heard pranoti is the owner of this Rotimatic.com

We bought a Rotimatic a month ago
We bought a Rotimatic a month ago. Yesterday, it suddenly powered off no screen or anything, even in their app. My machine seems offline, so from there I can’t contact their customer service team. I emailed them; no response. They don’t even have a number to contact. We bought this machine in $1760 for our convenience. Still, it suddenly stopped working in a month. I hope their customer care team contacts me and resolves my issue; otherwise, I will request a refund via credit card and label them a scam.
