Really exceeded our expectations
Really exceeded our expectations. We did a lot of research on the operators in Las Vegas and chose Maverick of the top 3. And what a good choice it was, everyone was genuinely polite and helpful, everything executed smoothly and the pilot was amazing. Felt shocking as we left, what just happened and how smooth was this?! Two small details if you guys want some honest feedback: 1. Have a coffee bar with a barista, sandwiches etc. You're like an airport hanger and the wait time is a good 40 minutes so why not get some more business by providing that service. 2. The 30 minutes on the ground flew by very quickly and without a "schedule". Maybe a more structured informational review of where we are, what are we looking at etc?
