Sent me the wrong shoes and then ignored my messages..
A few years ago EZcosplay had exceptional service and while their cosplay quality is iffy they would always send you what you ordered and they offered custom sizing for larger people which is quite hard to find on sites like Aliexpress, which is why I went with them for so long. While, they have messed up in the past..(They took Months to tell me that the Asclepius wig that I ordered was no longer being sold even though they still had up the sales page), the experience was never bad enough where I wouldn't give them another shot since they were at least reliable, had good communication and gave you what you ordered..But, my most recent experience with them proved me way wrong . I purchased a pair of Souseiseki shoes from the series Rozen Maiden in early June, and they were shipped out quite quickly..(a week or so after I placed my order..) But, the shoes they sent me were from Pretty Derby instead so I immediately sent in an aftersales ticket to them for an exchange. I waited a few days for them to get back to me, but they ignored my ticket. I reached out to them through almost all of their communication channels, but each one was completely ignored by the company. I waited almost over a month for EZcosplay to respond to my messages before I filed a dispute with PayPal, but only when I escalated the dispute to a claim did they finally respond to my issue. They apologized and said they used the same SKU for multiple items which caused the mix up and offered to send me a replacement pair. So I closed the case after they sent out the replacement since that is what I wanted in the first place, but it turned out that the replacement shoes while closer to the style of what I ordered, looked NOTHING like the item shown in the listing picture..(It's bad to the point where I question if they sent me the wrong shoes again.) But, I really don't want to fight them again just to simply address my problem since they will more than likely ignore me again so I will hold onto the replacement shoes and either modify them to look like what I wanted in the first place or resell them online along with the pretty derby shoe. But, all and all EZcosplay is nothing like they were in the past and I would personally recconmend not shopping with them and take your business with another cosplay seller such as Cosonsen or Cosrea..or getting a cosplay commissioned from an individual commissioner.
