New cable for 4URPC hub
While the old, original cable was giving intermittent problems, the new cable, intended for the hub made by the same company, did not work at all. No connection to external monitors from my MacBook Pro. Upon seeing my review, a representative reached out to me and offered immediate refund. So, while the cable itself was a disappointment, the company clearly has a great and very responsive Customer Service!
