Response Not True
The company’s response that they had sent me an email and would be happy to authorize a return is not what their email said at all. They told me to keep the ring and they would give me $66.42 and to kindly remove my negative review! I have reported them to Trustpilot and hope they will follow up. I do not want the ring, I want a full refund back!
