So it appears the LGSCO are perfectly ok with LA's not handling a complaint under the statutory Children's Act complaint and wait 6 months to tell you this. It gets handled under the Corporate complaints procedure with no independent scrutiny. LGSCO- we are not investigating therefore case closed. 3,012 complaints received about Children's Services and only 345 investigated. Listen to what parents are saying LGSCO- where is the accountability?
