Express in Name, Slow in Reality
I used Quantium Solutions to ship a high-value eBay order. The buyer paid an additional USD50 for Express Shipping, with an expected delivery timeframe of around 5–8 days. However, the parcel took approximately 10 days just to reach the “Shipment despatched to overseas” stage. After that, the tracking stopped showing any meaningful progress. There was no clear update on the parcel’s location, transit status, last-mile carrier, or revised delivery date. This has been extremely frustrating and embarrassing for me as a seller because the buyer paid a premium price and reasonably expected premium shipping service. The lack of tracking visibility makes it difficult for me to give the buyer a proper explanation or accurate update. At the moment, this service does not feel like Express Shipping at all. It feels slow, unclear, and unreliable, especially for valuable international shipments. I am giving 1 star based on my experience so far. I will update this review if the parcel is delivered and Quantium provides a proper explanation.
