Very Poor Customer Service – Don't Buy Rotimatic Next We bought the Rotimatic Next, and it has been a very disappointing experience. It is an expensive machine, but the customer service is extremely poor. When we first reported the problems, the support team told us over the phone that they would replace the machine. However, after that, they stopped responding. We have sent multiple emails and contacted them through the app, but we are no longer receiving any replies. We are simply asking for a replacement or a return, but there has been no response from the company. If you're considering buying a Rotimatic Next, I would recommend thinking carefully. Based on our experience, the product is expensive, and if you run into issues, you may not receive the customer support you expect.
