One month since they told me here on Trustpilot that they'd get back to me. Finder, don't you think a month is enough time to respond to an email? My first email to them was JUNE 19th by the way.

Please respond to my email sent a few minutes ago, 10:45 EST on 8/23/26. I have been emailing customer support since June 19th and have been ignored for months. This is no reason my problem cannot be addressed immediately.
