Wrong product delivery as per my request
I am disappointed with my experience purchasing LED pendant lights from Lightingshop.com.sg. Before placing the order, I clearly informed the salesperson that I wanted white lighting for my office. I specifically asked whether 4000K LED was white light, and I was told "Yes" and that offices generally use 4000K. Based on this professional advice, I proceeded with the purchase. The quotation also described the product as "White, 4000K LED." After installation, the lighting appeared much warmer than the white lighting I had requested. When I raised my concern, I was then told that white should be 6500K instead, which was never explained before the purchase. As a customer, I relied on the supplier's expertise and advice. Unfortunately, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was made to feel that the issue was my fault. I hope the company will improve its product consultation and after-sales service so that future customers receive accurate advice before making a purchase.
