Kfc Lebanon bad experience
I am writing this review about my experience at the KFC City Mall Dora branch. My sister and I visited on Tuesday, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. First, they were unable to give us change and said they couldn't accept credit cards. We both ordered a Twister Box Meal and asked to upgrade our chicken to chicken breast instead of thigh. We were told they could only give one chicken breast and the other had to be a thigh, even though we were ordering two separate meals. That made no sense. We also specifically asked for our Twisters without tomatoes. They told us they would give us two Crispy pieces instead of the chicken breast upgrade. After waiting about 20 minutes, we received our meals, but the Twisters still had tomatoes, and each person only received one tiny Crispy piece that was smaller than my little finger. When we pointed out that the Twisters still had tomatoes, the staff actually laughed at us. They opened the wraps, removed the tomatoes with their hands, closed them again, and tried to give them back to us. Only after we argued did they finally replace them. Even then, the presentation was terrible. The worst part was the attitude of the staff. They mocked us throughout the interaction, and one employee eventually handed me the new Twister saying, "Here are two new ones without tomatoes," in a very rude and sarcastic way. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a KFC branch. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from KFC. I'm only posting this review today because I just found out how to submit feedback.
