Bloody awful company
Bloody awful company. Ordered a bracelet for a friend’s birthday, nothing was shipped for a fortnight so I emailed and requested a refund. They refuse to acknowledge my request for a refund in every email I send and just keep telling me my order will be despatched in another 10 days. Terrible customer service, total scam.
