If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for extras such as refundable tickets and seat choices and got neither. It wasn't a smooth purchase online either. I got a phone call that lasted 40 minutes trying to sort out the tickets and pricing to book the tickets. I wasn't allowed to just cancel the whole process and the man I got from India should never be in customer service. He was rude and condescending. Worst experience I've ever had from top to bottom and I ended up basically overpaying for baseline tickets.
