Never Received Bag, No Refund
I ordered a bag on June 20. On June 22, Baginnings informed me that my bag was sold out. They. gave me a choice of ordering another bag or receiving a refund. I chose a refund. It is now July 24th and Baginnings has still not refunded my account despite many emails requesting my refund. Terrible customer service. I had to open a dispute with American Express in order to receive my refund. This is a terrible company.
