She failed to deliver the rooms I asked for which were connecting rooms with a RiverWalk view (instead I received connecting rooms that are NOT RiverWalk views) then got my last name wrong along with my email address. She also did not inform me that she was NOT with OMNI Hotels which is who I thought I was calling, which is very deceptive. She also did not inform me that these reservations were not refundable. Very disappointed.
