Bad quality product
I recently purchased products from DeoDap, and unfortunately, two of the items arrived damaged. The company agreed to refund only one item, but they refused to refund or replace the other. They claimed the damage occurred during transit, but in my opinion, the issue was due to inadequate quality checks before shipping. What makes this even more disappointing is that their website clearly advertises "Easy Returns" and "Quality Checks Done", but my experience did not reflect those promises. To make matters worse, their customer support stopped answering my calls after the products were delivered. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this website. The claims made on their website did not match the service I received.
