Sent the wrong rim
I ordered a rim for overnight shipping which was delayed by a day after I planned to receive it and get a tire installed that day. Then I took time off from work the following week to be able to get a tire installed. Upon bringing it to the shop, they informed me it was the wrong size rim (18 not 17 like I ordered). I called wheelership and was asked to send pictures which I did. I was told we don’t even sell that rim in 18”. Well clearly you sent me one. Then I was told they no longer have a 17” in stock. The only solution offered was for me to send it back for a refund. So ultimately this cost me time and money for nothing.
