This company is sleazy and dishonest
This company is sleazy and dishonest. They sell a load board to carriers where they charge 20% on top of fees on most loads and charge $49-129/wk for access. They now operate their own brokerage and cherry pick all the good loads off their own board. The customers on the cherry picked loads, who used to see many bids, now only see one bid, and those bids are extremely high(20-30% higher than they would see if the competition could also bid). On top of that, they didn't let any of their carriers know they were doing this so they keep collecting the weekly fees while only allowing the really bad, unprofitable loads to even be seen by their carriers, who are still paying for this service.
