Grace Under Pressure
I liked receiving an offer on a very timely basis as well as the prompt scheduling of our pick up. The tow truck driver was extremely courteous and patient. The brakes on our car had locked up due to non-use and on a very hot day the driver remained calm and got the job done. CarBrain did everything exactly the way they said it would be done and that's a rarity in todays world.
