Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I made a reservation thinking I was booking directly with the hotel. I was assisted by an AI, which confirmed a price per room, but I was later charged a much higher amount, and breakfast was not included. Absolutely terrible. I will never use this service again. The hotel refused to take any responsibility.
