Worst experience ever buying from lazada. Items were counterfeit so returned them . Maybe I didn't seal the returned parcel that well so one item went missing during the return shipment. But I also think if people have the intention to steal, it won't matter even if the parcel was sealed well. As a result, Lazada refused to refund . Is this the customer' s fault? Why is Lazada forcing customers to pick up the tab for items lost through no fault of theirs? I am lucky the item was not expensive, but definitely enough to put me off buying from lazada for a while, or even permanently to be exact. Word of caution to all buyers to seal your returned parcels properly as they do not take responsibility for items lost during the return shipment. Best is, go to physical shops where you are able to touch and feel the item before buying . And for more expensive items, pls do not buy from lazada .
